Kindly note alterations are needed to give a desired fit, pattern and look to any outfit.
You can choose the unstitched dress material from us and to give it your own style and design to it with the help of your personal stylist or tailor.
If the product received to you in damaged condition or contains any manufacturing defect or on receiving incorrect item/ product then please contact us, within 24 hours. We request you to keep all the packing materials and product until you get the instructions from our end regarding the same.
On receiving the damaged or tampered packing from outside of the product then check the quality and quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier company. If you found any variation or discrepancy you can choose two ways -
Make the complaint in the courier agency to peruse the same and to avoid the occurrences in future.

• Never return any product, without informing and before receiving confirmation from us.
We are not liable to replace the product or guarantee any credit if in case you send the product back to us without informing and receiving confirmation from us.
Make sure the email you send us must contain comprehensive details of the defects it carries and complaints you have of single order delivery. We examine the returned products package on the basis of customer’s email. Custom stitched products will not be accepted by us. Please mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’, in the case while returning the defective products.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products will be borne by us. But in case you don't like the product then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by the customers.
In case of defective products, customers can send back to us within 10 working days along with a copy of the Invoice, original packing and in the original condition as customers had received it.
• In the case of Refunds -
The case when the amount is refunded - If the amount is transferred in Sheshagun account than 100% amount will be refunded in Sheshagun account as Sheshagun credits which you can later use to make any purchase from Sheshagun online store.
If money is transferred into account then 10% is deducted as processing charges and remaining will be refunded to you.
